If you prefer pure, dreamy relaxation rather than firm work, our aromatherapy massage or hot stone massage may suit you better — and our therapists are always happy to advise.

Your therapist starts with a brief consultation to map your problem areas, then warms the muscles before progressively deepening pressure. It’s normal to feel intensity at the knots — never sharp pain — and you can adjust the pressure at any point. Drink plenty of water afterwards.
